In Tribeca near subway lines and Little Island — shopping, dining and parks easy — Smyth Tribeca is a great-location stay: super clean spacious rooms, excellent front-desk and housekeeping service, nice helpful staff answering every question, a large shower, a well-equipped bathroom and smartly-designed smaller rooms; a parade-day guest-only access policy at the tavern was a sweet touch.
