“The Clement's all-inclusive Palo Alto”
The Clement Palo Alto is a loved all-inclusive Palo Alto hotel — immaculate large comfortable rooms with incredibly comfy beds, delicious restaurant dishes (a nice wine bottle in-room even for non-drinkers), a great location for Stanford visits, and exceptional attentive kind staff who set out a dog bed and bowl for a chihuahua. Two caveats: the dining area runs understaffed at times, and one severe stay cited an uncordial arrival, missing shower instructions, a partly-dead heated floor, an outdated toilet riser, inconsistent daily cleaning, and meals not cooked as requested.
