The dominant complaint is value: Holiday-Inn-level quality at top-tier rates — sixteen dollars for three sad nuggets, small portions, expensive necessities, few English-speaking staff (and many were grumpy), a concierge excursion promise never fulfilled, and hard-to-get information.
