Is Beausite Zermatt good? Overview, pros and cons

“Beausite Zermatt's five-star service”
Beausite Zermatt is a four-star-feeling Zermatt hotel delivering five-star service and facilities — breathtaking Matterhorn views from the balcony, a perfect spa with a great massage, large indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor sauna, a rich breakfast worth adding at booking (with Matterhorn-facing seating arranged), a station shuttle for arrivals and luggage, family-friendly room layouts, and attentive smiling staff. Two notes: a mountain view room actually faced the railway with no Matterhorn in sight, and pool and sauna usage was never explained — a massage therapist filled in.
