“Principi di Piemonte's Turin base”
Principi di Piemonte | UNA Esperienze is a comfortable Turin hotel — a great central location a walk from the main station and city-centre sights, spacious very clean rooms with stocked minibars (one found theirs dated), an excellent restaurant, and super friendly helpful staff, with a free upgrade for one guest. Two incidents though: a guest urged more attention to cleaning, and the laundry ruined a branded jacket by running a normal wash instead of dry cleaning — the desk escalated it and compensation followed, though the process dragged.
