“Sandman Plano's lifts”
Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco Hotel is a clean updated hotel — a comfortable clean room with a superb bed and good-looking pool and fitness areas. Caveats though: a severe report describes a queen bed supplied for a king booking, dirty clothes under the pullout couch, and desk staff who laughed rather than helped; the elevator is a crowded nightmare with a flaky keycard, rooms lack microwaves (downstairs trips for reheating), there is no airport shuttle, and the basic buffet ran dear with paper-cup coffee and no wait staff.
