Pullman Singapore Hill Street is a fantastic great-choice stay — a large-for-Singapore clean room that opens two big suitcases, an extremely convenient spot walking distance to Funan and Raffles City malls, Marina Bay, Fort Canning, the museum and St Andrew's Cathedral, near MRT and bus stops, a drinkable tap at the basin in lieu of bottles, a great non-repeating breakfast with a rich cheese selection, a small rooftop pool with lovely night views plus a better third-floor pool with jacuzzi, and polite kind staff reachable via mini-program. Caveats though: no street sign makes the entrance easy to miss — the lobby hides through a car-park doorway — and location may matter less than savings on a longer stay.
