“ZaZa's bold character”
Hotel ZaZa Dallas is a wonderful one-of-a-kind stay — a hotel that is simply the best per loyalists and a first Dallas choice, an art-filled property with distinctive rooms, beds, decor and a superb Dragonfly restaurant serving excellent food, sweet helpful door staff, a wonderful very helpful desk and dining team, large clean well-appointed rooms, and bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Caveats though: the housekeeping team could be better, and a dissent found the aesthetics below the rate point — an old-feeling hotel with a mildew smell in the hallways and rust spots on the shower door and tub.
