Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Michelin Key Award Hotel is a brand-new well-maintained large resort — Sphere-view upgrades, a large gym and pool, many restaurants and a big food court, a quieter spot by the convention center, and young vibrant service. Caveats though: severe reports describe housekeeping that merely refolded — a floor of cracker crumbs, used-marked surfaces, fecal traces on the toilet, a single towel, and a half-empty minibar; a paid sphere-view upgrade that took three rooms and forty corridor minutes; yellowed towels; security guards who separated and ID-checked a couple over a noise complaint with no apology; and a worsening downstairs Chinese restaurant.
