“Aventura's fireworks stay”
Universal's Aventura Hotel is an excellent cost-effective stay — a clean spacious comfortable room with Epic-park fireworks visible from some windows and the bar, polite warm helpful receptionists who explain facilities and shuttles in detail, a shuttle bus direct to Universal plus water taxi, Starbucks coupons gifted after an email mix-up, fresh-baked pizza in the ground-floor restaurant, and a tasty Thai-style noodle dish. Caveats though: facilities feel old, the AC vent blows onto the bed, no slippers, water or toiletries beyond a soap, and shuttle waits run a touch longer than Disney's.
