“Alt East Village”
Alt Hotel Downtown Calgary East Village is a great excellent stay — a beautifully-designed very new modern hotel by the river close to the National Music Centre, big clean stylish rooms — corner rooms have a spacious corridor for suitcases — an iron and ironing board, a small fridge, complimentary coffee and tea, a convenient downtown location for attractions and restaurants, a very good dinner-only Japanese restaurant, the adorable good-value Chix diner for breakfast and lunch, and very friendly helpful accommodating front-desk staff. Caveats though: the onsite dining hours are split, so plan meals accordingly.
