The complaints: a loud unregulated AC that needed shutting off to sleep, housekeeping knocking before checkout, no in-room water (self-serve and limited), an oversaturated parking garage (fifteen minutes circling, very steep overnight rates), a waterfront room that offered only a distant water glimpse while facing the street, and a preference for the InterContinental next door.
