“SAKS Kaiserslautern's design stay”
Saks Urban Design Hotel Kaiserslautern is a walkable design hotel near shops and restaurants — clean modern rooms including a classy spa suite with a terrace, discounted public-garage parking, uncomplicated check-in, amazing food, and extremely helpful staff who swiftly moved one guest out of an odorous room. Caveats though: a failed air conditioner relied on open windows, and a broken heater with a sometimes-working portable substitute — plus a refused room change — disappointed another guest.
