“Cypress's residence inn”
A great clean stay for many, Residence Inn Cypress Los Alamitos offers a daily-cleaned room, a great decent breakfast, helpful staff and a clean pool and hot tub. Dissents though: a severe report of a roaring in-room air conditioner and a front desk called unfriendly to Chinese guests with housekeeping refused after hours, a worsening breakfast of stale dry food without coffee cups and lobby-adjacent parking taken by employees — though the property replied acknowledging fixes.
