“Radisson Agra's Taj glimpse, spa row”

Radisson Hotel Agra is a clean, well-maintained hotel in a quiet peaceful area not far from the Taj Mahal — friendly accommodating staff, good security, a tasty varied breakfast buffet, and a rooftop Taj view that is a genuine advantage (though one guest calls it false advertising — a mere glimpse). Real complaints: rooms lack natural ventilation and can feel suffocating, soundproofing is poor against corridor and road noise, a third-person charge was demanded at check-in, a pillow arrived with a stranger's hair, and spa staff member Toli allegedly treated a checked-out guest badly during a pre-departure visit — unacceptable. Bring a mask for the poor air quality outside.

Rooms: Clean rooms without natural ventilation inside them.
Service: Friendly staff; one spa incident was alleged.
Location: A quiet area not far from the Taj.
Food: A tasty buffet with a wide daily variety.
Noise: Poor soundproofing against corridor noise; crowded lobby.
