“Radisson Ferrara's station perch”
Radisson Hotel Ferrara sits directly opposite the train station — easy Venice, Bologna and Ravenna day trips, a tidy newer building, a decent Italian dinner at MED, a good breakfast, and very good helpful staff across restaurant, bar and reception. Caveats though: a slightly messy entrance, somewhat older rooms for one, weak AC, and showers with such low pressure or drainage that the bathroom floor pooled into a swimming pool.
