The complaints are tangible: rooms entered damp and musty, one room was old with a chipped floor, broken dirty blind and a construction view, the second-floor restaurant felt dear, housekeeping ran afternoons only, in-room switches confused, and a guest was double-charged — refunded in cash — and would not recommend families stay beyond a day.
