“Istanbul residences, people shine”
Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem Istanbul offers home-feeling apartments good for long-term stays — near a metro, restaurants and supermarkets, with good parking — but the people are the story: administrators Ulas, Boris and Semir, receptionists Enes, Anil and Ilker, and fitness-centre Semra who arranged a pool-temperature check are all thanked by name. Yet one guest flatly did not feel welcomed and calls it their last stay — a management apology appears in the list — and a smart TV would not open Netflix or YouTube.
