“Kandy Blu's hillside views”
Radisson Hotel Kandy is a wonderful hillside stay about five minutes by tuk-tuk from the centre — clean rooms with amazing city views, a great breakfast and good half-board dinners, a rooftop pool, a warm door-side welcome, a welcome drink, a thrilled suite upgrade, and consistently polite helpful staff. Caveats though: a severe report cites a faulty air conditioner, underwhelming service, and corridors turned into a fire hazard by stored mattresses and bulky items; interiors run dated.
