“Levatio Muscat's mall-side suites”
Levatio Suites Muscat, a member of Radisson Individuals is a well-located apartment hotel inside Panorama Mall — very spacious fully-equipped studio apartments good for cooking, a supermarket in the mall, parking outside and below, family-and-couple-friendly value, and kind helpful reception. The complaints are real: the property needs refurbishment — dead microwave and washer-dryer, ants at the dining table, a falling shower head, broken balcony tiles and a leaking washer; towels and an iron never arrived, a manager never came, night requests run slow, the pool is freezing, and hallway noise disturbs.
