Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como, a Radisson Collection is a beautifully renovated historic palazzo opened in 2026 — a perfect centre position on a lovely piazza a quick walk from the harbour, large new soundproofed rooms, a beautiful terrace view, a rooftop bar with perfect drinks and snacks, a new gym, included pool-sauna access, and an exceptional made-to-order unlimited breakfast. Staff shine: Elena helped with transport, concierge Arriana gave local tips, and one concierge fixed a valet mishap brilliantly. Small misses: no milk in rooms and a Nespresso machine where tea drinkers want a kettle.
