Overlooking the river with hilltop Ferris-wheel and cable-car views on a great bustling location, Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi City Centre is a best-in-Tbilisi stay for many: an amazing 270-degree-floor-to-ceiling room, very friendly professional staff — Ms Ana coordinated a noon arrival room for an exhausted flyer — a very nice spa, Russian-speaking always-helpful team and a recommended-for-women verdict. Cautions: near-empty toiletries never replaced, a so-so western-leaning breakfast with overripe fruit and only omelettes hot, plus a wish for a higher floor.
