Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Cannes grand dame, mostly flawless”
Regent Carlton Cannes is called the city's best hotel — very clean with amazing, professional service, beautiful scenery and a private beach. Staff go the extra mile: when Cannes Lions closed the beach during one stay, the team still made it great, and early problems in another were thoroughly made up for. Genuine notes: a guest found short hairs on both beds at check-in, rating hygiene below European peers; one front-desk agent came across cold while the concierge team shone; breakfast could use more French-bakery variety; and rooms could offer more options such as butler service.
