“Hard Rock NY's Times Square energy”
Hard Rock Hotel New York is a clean, modern, high-end hotel — a great location steps from Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Broadway shows and Rockefeller Center, fantastic rooftop and lobby bars, more lifts than needed, tidy quiet rooms for most, polite service, and strong hygiene. The complaints are loud: street noise — motorcycles, sports cars and sirens — left one guest unable to rest amid a messy block; another found the area not so quiet; every breakfast drink is charged separately, which guests called unreasonable; and rooms run small.
