Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos - All Inclusive delivers amazing room-service food, a clean environment and okay-attitude staff. Serious complaints though: extremely inconvenient transport — no Uber once checked in, bellman-called taxis costing at least half again — a remote spot an hour from the airport surrounded by construction sites, a sea-view first room overlooking mostly works that took an hour's negotiation and a next-night fix, single-note facilities beyond the pool and a very noisy crowded not-as-expected verdict.
