“Schiphol's novotel hoofddorp”
Within walking distance of Hoofddorp station — handy before a flight — Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is a clean comfortable stay for many: a good buffet breakfast with hot dishes, fried eggs and salads, a members' welcome drink, a snack shop and sound sleep. Serious dissents though: inadequate reception staffing, a thirty-minute ten-pm check-in, a further half hour for stored luggage with forced re-queuing, rude desk staff and an early check-in charge.
