“Juhu's novotel beach”
On prime Juhu beachfront with beautiful views, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach earns never-disappoints marks for many: a good room size, a brand-consistent welcome and all-traveller recommendation. Dissents though stack up: not-worth-the-rate reads with dated rooms and service, unclean rooms and a dirty lobby, a promised sofa bed never delivered, shabby walls, very slow restaurant service, a bathroom-smell-leaking glass door gap and lax pool hygiene rules — plus a wish for more western dishes.
