“Novotel's perch stay”
Novotel Brussels City Centre is a perfect-location stay for most — right in the city centre close to restaurants, shops and the main attractions, a comfortable clean room, good amenities and friendly service, and very convenient exploring on foot. Caveats though are serious: a severe dissent reports fruit flies in the room, visible dust, a kettle holding a previous guest's water, a kettle complaint taking hours to fix, a dental kit that never arrived, a window facing a five-metre-away wall, and an unmentioned safety concern.
