“Congreso's ibis buenos aires”
Close to subway stations and the city centre, Ibis Buenos Aires Congreso is a very nice-located mixed stay: an easy on-foot exploration base, a good breakfast that runs later on weekends, good staff and worth-the-money value for some. Dissents though: a bad-shape building — damaged ceiling, moldy walls and poor doors and windows — a city tax where coins were refused and a rounded figure demanded, a slightly dirty room for the rate, bathroom amenities and towels only on request, road noise and a dissent over marches, closed roads and homeless nearby.
