“Buenos Aires' central stay”
A perfect very central location near the Obelisco — buses and subway close, crowds visible from the window, dining all around Novotel Buenos Aires is a great very good stay: a clean comfortable room and a helpful desk that swapped a smelly first-night room willingly. Cautions: the building runs slightly old, lukewarm heating, average wifi and just two water bottles across a three-night stay kiosks nearby.
