“Royal mile's ibis”
On South Bridge steps from the Royal Mile with supermarkets and dining easy, Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge – Royal Mile is a great-location stay for many: a nice environment, an excellent wide-choice buffet breakfast, good city-centre transport links and a convenient base for arriving students. Dissents though: a severe accessible-room mix-up — a booked accessible standard delivered unsuitable fittings and a broken lock, then a day of negotiation ending only in a lower-floor room of the same unsuitable type — judged serviceless by the guest.
