“Novotel Xintiandi's split build”
Novotel Hangzhou Xintiandi is a good-value convenient stay — clean quiet tidy rooms with comfortable beds and a gentle air conditioner, a great breakfast, free minibar cola, easy laundry, midnight ice from a twenty-four-hour desk, nearby 7-Eleven, easy parking, and warm responsive staff. Caveats though: a severe report describes construction sites on both sides roaring from five-forty-three, long-uncleaned corners, and a springy bulging floor section.
