“Miraflores' ibis budget”
In the middle of Miraflores near tourist sites — restaurants, shopping, a tavern-cafe at the door — Ibis Budget Lima Miraflores is a very nice good-value stay: clean rooms with good soundproofing, attentive professional service, friendly staff, a safe surrounding area, complete facilities and a decent restaurant lineup. One nit: the hotel is odd about visitors, guests must register and staff can give attitude.
