Ibis London Canning Town is a great high-value stay — right across from Canning Town station for DLR and tube access, a big Chinese supermarket downstairs plus Morrisons and Lidl for supplies, a compact clean quiet room with a clever coat-rack design and enough space for two with an open suitcase, complete kettle and hairdryer, plenty of plugs, good food, and warm desk service — special thanks to Curtis, manager Beatria, Claudia and Skai. Caveats though: slight train noise during operating hours — though service stops at night — and the bathroom runs small.
