Is Marival Distinct All-Suites & World Spa Handwritten Collection good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 6 public guest reviews
“Marival's named stars”
Marival Distinct All-Suites & World Spa Handwritten Collection is an awesome clean stay — a modern resort with top-notch staff everywhere: Araceli kept rooms spotless, Daniel stocked pool towels, Octavio at Limon Grass, Myriam at Omaggio and servers Elena, Benancio and Orlando stood out, and Mr. Castro proved especially helpful, and the food was great; guests would return and recommend. Caveats though: one guest found service poor without tipping, the upper-room mini-split units performed horribly, and upper rooms lack any beach view, so do not rely on the pictures.
