“Sharm's movenpick stay”

A huge resort with several private beaches, lots of loungers and pools, Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh is an enjoyed-everything repeat stay: acceptable-to-good cleanliness, very friendly helpful staff — beach teams especially praised — the best snorkelling per a regular, sofa-bed rooms easy with kids and a good food selection. Cautions: hard-to-reach beaches and a not-great sea for one, somewhat-dated facilities and a regular's gripe that rates keep rising while food and drink keep shrinking.

Food: Good amid the shrinking dissent on most stays.
