Staylist AI overview · based on 6 public guest reviews
“Mercure Taiyuan Yingze's mixed stay”
Mercure Taiyuan Yingze is a modern Taiyuan hotel across floors eighteen to twenty-one — big, fashionably-simple clean rooms (two singles join into a family-sized bed), a buffet breakfast on floor twenty-one, easy parking despite nearby roadworks, a bright basement garage, great laundry and room service, and a smiling desk. The complaints: the worst Mercure stay — an unenthusiastic desk promised a callback about warm air and never rang, leaving a cold room the guest caught a chill in; the breakfast lacks richness and specialty; the gym is limited; and messy parking surrounds.
