“West Memphis Tru's split”
Tru by Hilton West Memphis is a very clean friendly hotel — easy check-in, wonderfully-labeled rooms with plentiful hooks, laundry bag, and bins, a delicious free breakfast, a clean uncrowded pool, staff who quieted loud kids after midnight, and a receptionist who quickly fixed an air issue. Caveats though: a shoddy rushed remodel sheds shower-wall fittings and already-peels wallpaper — photo-fine but not in person — and one guest found staff uninterested in helping cancel a reservation.
