“Tru's ADA fit”
Tru by Hilton Bowling Green is a clean modern stay with a mixed record — a liked modern look, friendly helpful staff answering questions promptly, plenty of breakfast seating and lobby games, and an ADA room with a roll-in shower that proved perfect for a daughter's wheelchair. Caveats though are severe for one guest: the first shower had black hairs across the floor, the desk said nothing could be done for a third-party booking, and the replacement room arrived with soap-smeared walls and old toilet rings.
