“Brickell's tru stay”
On a great walkable location — Metromover and Metrorail under ten minutes, Publix and Walgreens near, easy downtown access — Tru by Hilton Miami West Brickell is a nice liked-it stay for many: friendly staff plus complimentary Lavazza coffee as a nice extra. Serious complaints though: a closed pool guests say went unannounced to them, a disaster AC that clicked loudly with the thermostat off, a deliberately-delayed keycard while later locals checked in, arrogant day staff per that guest, better at night, and a loose wobbling bathroom glass door.
