“Tru Smyrna's split upkeep”
Tru by Hilton Smyrna Nashville is a clean hotel sharing a building with Home2 — a quality hot breakfast, gym and lobby pool table, no outrageous fees, friendly staff who moved a guest away from loud children, and a local who treats it as self-care. Caveats though: staffing shortages left rooms uncleaned for days and a towel request unmet, a two-hour check-in wait ended with old towels hanging behind the bathroom door and wall stains, and a no-hot-water morning got only a maintenance promise.
