Is Tru by Hilton Phoenix Midtown good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Tru Phoenix Midtown's kind crew”
Tru by Hilton Phoenix Midtown is a clean inviting hotel — friendly engaging staff (phenomenal during a hospice family's extended stay), a varied above-expectations breakfast, a rooftop pool, reasonable rates, and convenient ten-dollar parking (stairs when the lot fills). Caveats though: an advertised breakfast menu was not served with staff unsure why, and a towel theft by other guests was mentioned.
