Is Tru by Hilton Sandusky good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Sandusky Tru's desk heroes”
Tru by Hilton Sandusky is a low-key hip newer property — an entertaining lobby, a nice outside patio, simply-serviceable comfort, and amazing staff: the Friday-night pair gave the best hotel service one guest has known despite downed computers. Caveats though: a four-day stay got no proper cleaning despite two asks (one trash, one towel swap), rooms run small and not overly comfortable, and a high-standards guest found a dirty bathroom and headboard.
