Las Ventanas al Paraiso is a beautiful serene Rosewood resort guests revisit for decades — immaculate suites, quirky labyrinthine grounds with pools, heated and lazy-river options, romantic reservable scenes from beach bonfires to weddings, varied Italian, seafood, Thai and Japanese restaurants, twice-daily housekeeping, and an extraordinary team where even gardeners greet guests. Two honest notes: dining is delicious but very expensive, and one long-loyal guest suffered four sleepless nights on the worst beds ever — leaving tired and in pain needing a massage. A mattress sits too high to climb onto easily as well.
