Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites – Ultra All Inclusive is a remote-location Dubai resort families love — everything on site, amazing varied food across Toro Loco, L'Olivo, Bodrum and the buffet, a brilliant kids club, exceptional hospitality, and a well-kept beach; one family has stayed twice. Three complaints: scant not-five-star food and a dated property per a Russian guest; a couple found kids crowd even the pool-bar area and dinner reservations scarce on arrival day; and severely, forgotten swimsuits and an iPhone charger were never returned — terrible security, nothing is safe.
