“Ritz Las Colinas' split”
The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas is an amazing stay for many — exceptionally well-maintained, well-adorned rooms, an amazing pool with nice shady and sunny areas, good food and golf options, worth-the-extra spacious quiet Villas, and amazingly kind attentive staff — when a canceled flight left guests luggageless, every necessary toiletry arrived free. Caveats though: one staycation found it a very vanilla property — pool, decor and events all underwhelming enough to cut the stay short — and a Portuguese reviewer calls the cost high for a business sleep-and-go.
