“Grand Cayman's old money”
The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is an awesome repeat stay — hands-down the old-money go-to on the island, a favorite of golf enthusiasts, nice amenities covering the gym, spa and beach area, a nice great room, family-friendly yet still right for an older couple, and an entire staff that is friendly, accommodating and good; guests will not regret it and will be back. Caveats though: the popular evening restaurant takes hard-to-get reservations, bathroom fittings are ordinary — no smart toilet — and the resort fee covers service, though tips still bring pleasant surprises.
