“Coconut grove's ritz”
Nicely located, The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami is a great A-plus stay for many: amazing helpful always-welcoming great staff — two named stars who made a stay — clean rooms and very good restaurant food. Dissents though: a shower needing updates short of full Ritz polish, an air conditioner pushing nothing but cold air whatever the setting across two premium stays, freezing hallways and a construction site right in front bringing noise and spoiled views for a while.
