“Ritz-Carlton NOLA's warm staff, billing sting”
The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans is a luxury hotel close to the convention centre — spotless comfortable rooms, incredible kind staff who handle requests immediately (doorman Sean's tips stood out), a well-maintained property, an accommodating bar with a great atmosphere, and visits guests call among their best anywhere. One severe billing complaint: everything you touch you pay — the check-in balance grew and a fresh balance appeared again at checkout, with valet and room service charges compounding. The property shows its age and one room smelled humid.
