“Ritz Suzhou's lounge”
The Ritz-Carlton, Suzhou is an excellent happy stay — a luxury hotel with full five-star hardware like a smart toilet, thermostatic shower and automatic curtains, an elegant design blending Jiangnan Suzhou charm, a spacious airy executive room with comfortable bedding and a pillow menu, a refined breakfast buffet with loved breads, thoughtful turndown, and warm-but-measured service from desk manager Edward through housekeeping; the fifth-floor executive lounge was the biggest surprise — manager William, Maria, Mary, Zack and pre-arrival helper Doris kept service warm and attentive through a busy festival crowd with refined themed dining.
